Terms and Conditions
Ordering, Payment, & Taxes
Orders are accepted on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders ship Monday through Friday, except on major holidays.
Taxes Collected: Applicable sales or use tax will be included on items as required by law. The amount of tax charged, if any, is based on the tax laws in effect in the applicable jurisdiction at the time of shipment.
Order Processing: After your order is submitted, your payment method accepted, and your ID is verified, we will begin to process your order. If your order is placed on a weekday, it will most likely ship that same day.
Payment: DRYFT accepts all major credit cards (excluding Discover). We cannot accept personal checks or payment via PayPal. If the credit card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Backorders on Subscription Orders: If there is a shortage of a particular item that you have already ordered, we will be sure to reach out and let you know before your subscription ships.
Questions about the product in your shipment? If you receive product that is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact email@example.com so that we can help resolve those issues.
Returns: We do not accept returns, except under very special circumstances. Please contact Customer Support for more information.
Shipping Destinations and Rates
Our Shipping Policy: DRYFT ships to all 50 states, excluding the following: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, and Missouri. DRYFT does not ship to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Options: DRYFT offers free UPS Ground shipping for all orders.
21+ Signature Required: All DRYFT orders have to be signed for by someone 21 years of age or over at time of delivery. If you would like to specify a time of day for UPS to deliver your order, please see UPS MY Choice.
Lost, Stolen, & Undeliverable Shipments: All DRYFT orders must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or over at time of delivery (due to the nature of the product). If for some reason your package is sent back to our warehouse, you may be subject to a restocking fee and charged for shipping if you would like us to attempt to send your order out again.
